Description

The gang at the Marvel Comics Group delved into Norse mythology for inspiration, when they introduced Thor in the pages of Journey Into Mystery #83 in 1962. A Silver Age sensation, the Asgardian Thunder God was granted solo title billing four years later, when the series was renamed Thor, starting with issue #126. Witness this titular transformation, with this 1960s-1970s Journey Into Mystery/Thor partial run of (36) different issues. Also present are (13) duplicate issues, bringing the lot total to (49) comic books. Condition ranges (75% VG-FN to FN-VF, 25% GD to VG), with the JIM issues mainly in the lower end of this range, and the Thor issues mainly in the higher end.
