The amassed collection of lovely lumbers consists of six commemorative brown baseball bats, one for each year the Baltimore Orioles played in the World Series. Chronologically, the first four are from their "hey-day", where the O's made it to the World Series four times between 1966 and 1971, winning two of those encounters. This includes the 1966 World Champions, 1969 AL Champions, 1970 World Champions and 1971 AL Champions. Rounding out the lot is the 1979 AL Champions and 1983 World Champions examples. These beautiful bats remain in upper-grade condition, measure 34 a piece and feature gold-gilt script and facsimiled signatures of the players and coaches for each team. Highlighted etchings include 1966-71: Weaver, B. and F. Robinson, Palmer, Powell; 1979: Weaver, Murray, Dempsey, Hendricks, Palmer, Ripken Sr. and 1983: (in original sleeve) Altobelli, Dempsey, Hendricks, Murray, Ripken Jr. and Sr. A stunning set acting as a Who's Who of the modern day Baltimore Orioles.
