The assembled collection contains seven game-used pants and one game-used jersey, each hailing from the beloved Philadelphia Phillies organization and highlighted by four pairs of pants from the 1980 World Champions squad including: 1.) Luzinski with "80-2-26" set tag, size 36 with moderate use and no alterations; 2.) Bowa with "80-2-23" set tag, size 32 with moderate use and one patch; 3.) Christenson with "80-2-25 set tag, size 37 with moderate use and no alterations; and 4.) Ruthven with "80-2-24" set tag, size 34 with moderate use and no alterations. The remaining three pants also feature corresponding set tags, including a 1979 Maddox with exceptionally use and minor patching, 1979 Bowa with moderate use and no alterations and a 1981 G. Vukovich with moderate use and no alterations. With the exception of the Vukovich, which is white with maroon pinstripes, these pants are uniformly light blue with maroon trims. The final piece of the lot is a Doug Bird game-used jersey from the 1980 campaign, with an "80-1" set tag; size 44 with moderate use and a stain on the front chest. The jersey was seemingly sent down to the minors, as it features Davis on the reverse and the number 43 sewn on either side. A superb lot of Phillies game-used collectibles with five total pieces from their 1980 World Series triumph.
