This amalgamation of diverse baseball items includes some very interesting relics as well as many rare signatures. The signed items are headlined with a framed Ernie Lombardi photo and cut signature (d.1977, “9”), a framed Rudy York cut signature (d.1970, “8”), a large 22x25 framed Pete Reiser (d.1981) piece with 16x20 photo and signed cut, Joe Sewell (d.1990) Don Sprague lithograph, Moose Skowron hat (“8”), Bobby Doerr hat (“7”), plus ten signed store model gloves with Monte Irvin, Duke Snider, Bobby Doerr and Red Schoendienst, a miniature bat signed by Leon Day (d.1995, “8”) and letters from George H. Burns (d.1978, two-page) and Babe Dahlgren (d.1996). The remaining autographed flats include small photographs, postcards, exhibits and gum cards with Lindstrom (d.1981), P. Dean (d.1981), Greenberg (d.1986, HOF Gold Plaque card, “5-6”), Lyons (d.1986), Ruffing (d.1986), Weaver, Ferrell (d.1995) and Koenig (d.1993). Other artifacts include a 25x28 framed 1914 Los Angeles Express newspaper featuring Game 3 of the World Series (Athletics lost to Braves, 5-4), Arthur Miller 22x28 lithograph of Shoeless Joe Jackson (#171/700), a 1937 All-Star Game program (repro), 1966 AL Redbook, Jimmy Fund Night 1984 with Ted Williams having his number retired, (8) baseball photographs, an early 1960s Red Sox team photograph (11x14) and a pair of vintage miniature baseball bats (Red Sox and Bill Werber model).
