The presented lot contains seven signed full-sized bats with a prominent New York baseball theme. The lot has three game-used examples, including 1.) David Cone ("9") uncracked Louisville Slugger Genuine M253, personalized 44 knob and rounded end, no dead-wood, visible pine tar and ample ball and rack marks, 35 inches, 32 ounces; 2.) Roger McDowell ("9") uncracked Rawlings Big Stick inscribed 1986 WS Champs, personalized 42 knob and rounded end, no dead-wood, significant pine-tar and rack marks, 34 inches, 31 ounces; and 3.) c. 1970 Frank Tepedino ("9") uncracked Louisville Slugger Genuine MC44 inscribed NY Yankees 1967-73, Braves 1973-75, ample rack and cleat marks and minor spots of dead-wood, 33 inches, 31 ounces. Three of the remaining four bats are single-signed Rawlings Big Sticks, including Al Weiss ("10"), Bud Harrelson ("9") and Roger Craig ("9"). The final bat is a 2001 KR3 Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame bat (#42/100) signed by inductees Dave McKay and MLB Hall of Famer Gary Carter, ("7") and ("9") respectively. The McDowell bat features a Steiner hologram and corresponding COA, while each of the remaining bats feature JSA serial numbered stickers and corresponding Basic COAs from JSA.
