The 1979 Pittsburgh Pirates were World Series Champions as the very popular ”We are Family” team came back from a 3-1 deficit against the Baltimore Orioles. The Pirates wore very distinctive hats during that season, and offered is a fine example that was used by outfielder Mike Easler. The New Era cap features Easler’s #24 on the underside of the brim and has a small tear along the edge on the back left portion of the hat. This well-worn relic is the perfect acquisition for a true Pirates fan.
