Presented are six autographed relics from five noted authors. The group includes 1.) Amos Bronson Alcott (d.1888, 8) signed cut matted with a photograph; 2.) Louisa May Alcott (d.1888, 9) signed cut matted with an image of her; 3.) one-page TLS of Upton Sinclair (d.1968, 8) on his personal letterhead; 4.) Alexandre Dumas, fils (d.1895, 7) signed letter from the son of the author of the Count of Monte Cristo; 5.) two-page letter signed by Victor Hugo (d.1885), the author of Les Miserables. The letter is mildly toned and exhibits light wear with a stellar (7) signature; 6.) two-page letter penned by Victor Hugo (d.1885, 8) signed on onion paper.
