Inducted into the second class of the Hall of Fame in 1937, Napoleon Lajoie was so beloved by his peers that the Cleveland ball club bore the name "Naps" for over a decade. Showcasing the teamís namesake during a 227 hit season, offered is a 1910 E96 Philadelphia Caramel of Lajoie. Judged as a "3" by PSA, this portrait appears at the tip-top of the technical grade. Aesthetically pleasing, this card boasts a blazing red background with only a corner crease and negligible toning. With a clean back, this card is an important piece from the popular caramel issue.
